As the World Changes was her first big role that she was able to play in her acting career. The show was about doctors and lawyers. Then, her character Jenny Griffith was featured in the thriller about legal issues Suits. Harvey Specter a attorney and Mike his assistant worked on the legal problems. The show has received positive reviews and multiple award nominations. Other works she is known for are the police show Blue Bloods. The film received largely positive reviews. Ray was also featured in numerous films, including Not Waving But Drowning (in which she played the lead part) as well as The Rumperbutts (in which she was a part of the supporting cast).
